Hypro 1200X90 and Hypro 2800X95 are well suited for the production of elastomeric polyurethanes that exhibit excellent hydrolytic stability and outstanding low temperature flexibility due to its low T_g. These properties, along with excellent electrical insulation, are desirable features in applications such as potting and encapsulation, adhesives and sealants, waterproof coatings and membranes.

Hypro 1200X90 HTB is lower in molecular weight and viscosity and higher in hydroxyl value than 2800X95.

Hypro HTE-4001 HTBN is a developmental product.  It is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile at the same ratio as our standard products Hypro 1300X8 CTBN and Hypro 1300X16 ATBN.  It is designed to provide enhanced compatibility with polar additives and to provide all the benefits of hydroxyl-functional polybutadiene.

Epalloy® 5000 exhibits a significantly lower viscosity than DGEBA.  Higher filler loadings can, therefore, be achieved, resulting in cost reduction and reduced shrinkage.  The adhesion and chemical resistance characteristic of Epalloy® 5000 formulations are expected to be similar to those of standard DGEBA systems.
