CVC Thermoset Specialties
CVC Thermoset Specialties has been creating and manufacturing specialty epoxy resins for two decades. CVC has grown from little more than an office and modest laboratory to a worldwide specialist in niche epoxies. CVC's mission is to respond to the diverse demands of coatings and adhesive formulators for specialty raw materials. CVC succeeds by concentrating on niche epoxies tailored to the needs of these formulators.
Plant expansion over the last few years has also supported the production of specialized urea catalysts for the composite industry, as well as adding manufacturing capabilities for a new line of epoxy resins. Included in these capabilities are equipment for the production of specialty solid epoxies for adhesive and composite applications and a new computer-controlled batch continuous reactor complex for the manufacture of specialty glycidyl derivatives.
CVC produces over 60 materials used in products for the paint, adhesive, construction and aerospace industries. It also manufactures bonding and sealing compounds utilized by the electronic and automotive industries. It is well represented by an international network of industry leading sales representatives.
CVC's commitment to research and technical support is evident with 25% of the company's personnel devoted to research and technical support.
